Introduction to the Acrylic Diamond Edge Polisher

       Diamond Edge Polishing machines is used to convert the edges of thermoplastic sheet material to a brightly polished surface in one operation. 

       Our machine Polishing is carried out by a cutter hub fitted with diamond tooling. The cutter hub is mounted onto a variable speed precision spindle which rotates at 6600 - 11000rpm. no matter single or multiple workpieces, it can removes saw marks and produces a clear, polished edge on acrylic parts, all in a single pass through the machine.

Extraction

       The cutting process generates plastic swarf, which must be extracted from the machine. our machine is fitted with a 60mm~100mm diameter extraction outlet which can be connected to any extraction system.

Cutter Hub

       Our diamond edge polisher is a floor mounted machine, Each pass over the cutter removes 0.5mm of material, removing any imperfections in a long sawn edge.

Resharpened Service

        Our diamond cutting tools will need to be resharpened periodically, normally 1 sets of blades can be use about 2~3 months (it depends on polishing hours each days), then need to resharpened, it can be resharpen about 10 times.

Tips: 1 extra set of blades stand by is suggested, when the blade get blunt, you can send to us for resharpened or resharpened in local.
